Boppin’ Bunnies: Photo & Video Policy
At Boppin’ Bunnies, we love watching your little ones share the joy of music! In these changing times, we want to ensure our classes remain a safe, carefree, and a fully engaging space for everyone.
As part of our commitment to safeguarding children and providing a safe, enjoyable and fully engaging experience for all families, we have reviewed our approach to photography and filming in classes. Taking into account both best practice and feedback from our community, this policy helps protect everyone's privacy while ensuring that children and adults can participate freely and confidently. Photos with teachers and instruments before or after class are more than welcome.
In-Class Phone & Video Policy
To protect the privacy of all children and parents, and to ensure everyone stays fully immersed in the musical fun, the use of mobile phones for photography and filming during class is strictly prohibited.
Before & After Class: You are more than welcome to snap photos of your own child with our wonderful teachers and instruments before the session starts or after it ends!
Photos by the Boppin’ Bunnies Team
Our team will occasionally take photos and videos during class. We will tell you before the class if this is the case.
Your Privacy Matters: If a member of the team is there to take photos and you would prefer your child or yourself not to be featured, just let us know. We will gladly edit you out or delete the image—no questions asked!
Shows & Special Events
At our big shows and events, we will have an official photographer or a dedicated member of staff taking photos.
Our standard policy still applies here: if you would rather not be featured, simply speak to a member of the Boppin' Bunnies team, and we will ensure you/your child are edited out of the media.
