Greenwich Classes – Friday

Our Friday classes are at The Old Brewery in the heart of the Royal Naval College. The classes are run by talented violinist Aliyah.

Music has been Aliyah’s heartbeat since she was just four years old! While she holds a BSc in Psychology from King’s College London, her true passion lies in bringing the magic of melody to life. A seasoned performer, Aliyah earned her stripes with a performance diploma before taking her violin on the road, leading and touring internationally with various orchestras during her university years.

These days, you’ll find Aliyah immersed in the vibrant sounds of world folk and roots music. Whether she’s exploring rhythms from Brazil and the Balkans or melodies from France and the Middle East, she is all about the joy of music in motion. Aliyah has a special place in her heart for folk music that makes you want to move—and she absolutely cannot wait to get our Boppin' Bunnies up on their feet and dancing!
